  • Why would you water cool a 2400?

  • where can i get a tiny little rug like that?

  • will this fit in my msi 4870 1gb??

if yes then plz tell me the modle of liquid block..

thank you for such usefull video..

  • nice video card :D

  • i like your tiny graphics card rug. lol

  • Omg it's amazing! How cute is that carpet!

  • lol...2400????..is this a joke?

  • @POPCORN454545 2007....

  • Ein mini-Teppich... Wie süüüüüß :D

  • no point water cooling this card, this is probably an ok card but no need for water cooling

  • @HansensUniverse my computer in 2006 used to warm up at 60°.... and the graphic card had 500 mb or less. So what?? it's a video of 2007....

  • water cooler for that piece?

  • I have a ATI Radeon 4000 pci series graphics card. Will this work on it too? What is the nae of the product? I'm looking for liquid cooling for my card

  • nice tutorial ;) congratz

  • talk about shitty music....

  • lovin' the mini carpet! LMAO

  • What a awesome small carpet!

  • whats up with the mexican music?

  • overkill on that card but hey, to each his own. the sheer size of the GPU itself when compared to the water block is staggering! i wonder if your getting condensation since your card isn't gonna run hot anyway?....

  • This bad taste in music nazi should not have a pc, he should be put up against a wall and shot.

  • cute carpet your doing it on xD

  • shitty music, all that shit sounds the same

  • your pc is a wire mess lol

  • whats up with the mexican music??

  • Does the water block come with thermal paste?

  • @Chancellor521

    get some artict thunder 5

  • get a better video card

  • Maybe you shouldn't have bought the cheapest 4870 on the market. Any 4870 by a good manufacturer won't suffer heat issues. Sux to have your shitty heatsink...

  • It is not a 4870 its a 4870X2 if you can read my comment, and as everyone knows it gets really hot because its a dual gpu card and i did not even tell wich manufacturer i bought from so you cant tell me if its bad or not its from Shappire and Shappire is one of the best.

  • Seems you got yourself a blackmarket dupe there kiddo. There's Sapphire. But Shappire? I'm sure you can tell why it overheats now...

Also, you don't know the manufacturer of this card in the video, yet you judge it as shitty. I suggest you shut your mouth from here on in.

  • There is no talk about blackmarket dupes where i buy my stuff for my computer. Its the biggest local store where i am living and noone have complainments about the products. You talk about my card is overheating but its not it just gets really hot thats it, and it does not matter which manufacturer of this card is because, i would not even buy it because in my opinion its so OUTDATED. I would never spend my money on a watercooling system for the price of 5 times more than this card.

  • whats your problem its just a video to show how to change to water colling..

  • i ahve grafic chipset or whateva its called... can i change it??? i have pc HP D530 SFF its not a laptop

  • i want the minature rug.

  • dude buy a regular graphics card cooler

  • im to scared to open the computer lol

  • Nice sweater. Must be good for the ESD.

  • lool good point

  • there's a tiny carpet there! :O

  • Wont the water get warm then? if theres any water at all.

  • thats why you use a radiator.

  • y are u water cooling this? its a waist

  • its not very watery for a water cooler

  • no anti static ristband or nothing wait for couple years and that will fuck upp along with all that shit you jsut attached! like a 2400 will overheat with original heatsink it wouldnt even power a gameboy you've just paid too much for nothing lol!

  • Your comment didn't really make any sense. But I agree it looks like he's wearing a sweater and he's not grounded. Not a good idea

  • how exactly will it 'fuck' up in a few years because he is not wearing an anti static wrist band?? it doesnt work like that. Noobs like u wear anti static wrist bands, people who can actually know what they are dooing simply touch something metal beforehand to discharge themselves. Dont be such an arse

  • preferably, touch the sink or something metal in the kitchen, thats grounded, and voila.

  • 2400 really bad :( 2600 good :D

  • 2600 pro is that what i have

  • tahts nice but how does the water stay cool and all... im kinda new to gpu water cooling.

  • the water cycles and when it goes through the pump its super cools the water

  • Through the radiator.

  • when i goes through the pump... its the radiator that cools it the pump just moves the water

  • ... lol...

  • @darkmastachief

Super Cools? Are you fucking retarded

  • Even though it's for a HTPC, I, personally, would prefer to add at least a few fans... Probably high performance but quiet fans.

  • Nice video.

  • this would be awsome

    on a

    295gtx

    or

    HD4890

  • song please

  • It make sense to buy a cooling system more expensive than the gpu...

  • why?

  • dude!! hes being sarcastic

  • naruto kid :P

  • hahah i thought it said 'remove the old pussy cooler' not passive :p haha

  • umm can u tell me from where i can purchase a watercooler ?

  • Here in Germany we buy from aquatuningdotde.

  • @stanstankov2 Go to coolerkit .d k there you can buy cooler stuff

  • Tu eres Cubano? Esta musica biene de mi pais.

  • Nice, watercooling is the way to go!

    5/5

  • omg that waterblock is enourmous!

  • whats the name of the first song

  • why water cool a system when an simple leak can cause an electric surge causing destuction of hardware

  • 1) Keeps system much cooler

    2) It's quieter

If you know how to watercool, it'll lengthen your hardware longevity and/or allow you to overclock to greater heights. Sure water can destroy a computer, but that's a risk you will be willing to take. Just make sure each tube is secure to the rad, pump, and blocks and zip tie it if you will be paranoid about it.

  • you can buy something to put into the cooling system to stop electrical surges i think i saw it on some video on here :)

  • if you use mineral oil as the cooling agent any leaks won't harm the system. mineral oil isn't conductive.

  • fester liquid isnt conductive too, and its UV, its not sticky like mineral oil, and its UV :D and its made specially for water/liquid cooling systems

  • indeed

  • You dont youse actual water in the l.c.s. You use a non conductive coolant.

So your pc wont get damaged if there is a leak

  • how to water cool a passive video card??

    waste of money...

  • sure you must know. read the info!

  • @AirPlus1 What he tries to say, I think, is that it's kinda useless to replace a passive heat sink with one that actually makes some noise. And sure, even though water coolers are quieter than the stock fanned ones, their liquid cooling tank unit (refrigerator) does make an annoying sound.

In your case your card had a passive HS, which makes 0dB noise, and if you aren't using your PC in a desert you certainly don't need extra cooling for it. If it had a big fan on it, well that's another matter.

  • I could use as much cooling as I can -_-

  • is watercoolin even worth the money

  • yes

  • depends on what you are doing

  • lol nice vid and AWSOME mini carpet lol

  • there's no reason for water cooling

  • wtf how did i get from 360 water cooling 2 dis?

  • Dunno. Read the description before clicking...

  • same lol.

  • Hey what happens when you want to remove parts from you system and you have all this water cooling stuff in the tube. How do you get the liquid out of the tubes?

  • That is a hassle.

  • ware did you get that little matt ? i want one its so cool

  • I bought it in Dubai. But try to search ebay for mug-holder.

  • Hey Airplus1! Can you help me? I don't know anything about graphic cards...

But is the ATI X2400 256MB graphic card equal to the ATI Radeon 2400 graphic card?

What does the X stand for?

Please reply as soon as you can ok?

  • I would say they are the same, but rather ask s.o. else, sorry...

  • omg this grafics card dont needed a wotercolling

  • you need it if don´t have any fans. Pls read the info next to the vid.

  • yher

im getting one in a kit im buying

    not a big gamer

so far iv failed trying to find water cooling parts or things that need water cooling

  • How much does a water cooling kit cost?

Where can i get one? Is silverstone the best

water cooling install kit out there for my moneys worth? I realy like the music your

playing in the video who sings this song

and what is the name of the song?

  • 50-200$ more water block the price is higher

  • dude why a 2400 pro

  • This is only an HTPC. Check my other vids. Have decent gaming hardware also :)

  • 0kay

    what is HTPC.

  • *response to paulbreor*

A HTPC is a Home Theater Personal Computer.

  • Ohh Thanx man ....

  • thanks for the vids =D

  • i like the way u used a NB waterblock as a GPU waterblock :D

  • lol that pc it pretty powerful,to powerful to be a HTPC

  • Actually, Fatal, he very well could live in Mexico right now...

    Ughhh - racist :P

  • I didnt know they made water-blocks for 2400 series lol.

  • Hehe yeah did not know that either :P.

And now overclock it to 8800GT speeds... :P

  • No point in oc-ing, this pc is not even used for tetris, only movie playback.

  • i know, it was a joke ;).

  • This is no block for the card, its for the northbridge, I just abused it.

  • Nice vid, Song name?

  • Nice vid, Song name?

  • Whats the name of the song o.O

  • cool mini rug

  • LMAO hella funny song..

  • that gpu is not worth water cooling if it was already silent with passive and it isn't that good a card to deserve it. Totally overkill, but good vid

  • Your right in some way, but the problem is, that this PC has not one single case fan. The passive cooling only works with case fans. Without them you get grapic errors due to overheating.

  • but thats kinda a excuse you can easyly pay 5buck for a fan for it to bracket on the heatsink-

  • I suppose you could, but I wanted my HTPC fanless :)

  • LOVE THE MINI CARPET

  • That block is a beastly personally i like full cover blocks more. Fair rnough the card dosent really warrant an expensive block.

  • Would not be worth it for such a cheap card.

  • That depends on the manufacturer. If you do it carefully they will not notice it.

  • how about heatsinks over the memory?

  • do you know how to do it on a 360

  • Sure, ask google for: Innovatek X-Matic.

I would not do it, cause my xbox DVD drive is loud like a hairdryer. Also you will lose the warranty which is important for this "fragile" piece of hardware. :)

  • you are riugh as fuk with your gear

  • ya i agree. you don't treat your hardware they way it should be

  • Why is that?

  • but wont there be fans on the radiator anyways?

  • No, the Tundra TD01 is passive. You can see it on the Silverstonetek website.

  • the card is good for gameing its brand new and designed for newer games

  • lol pls read the description. THIS IS FOR A FANLESS HTPC. I WILL NOT EVEN PLAY TETRIS ON THE CARD!

I know the card sucks big time for games.

  • lol i like that mini carpet :D, great vid.

  • im not sure why some one wants to cool a 2400 lol

  • read the description ;)
