i'm wondering why the artists that manning teaches are usually SITTING in a chair - isn't breathing and getting high notes easier when standing?

thats one of the reasons why one would benefit from doing it in the more difficult position, because very few people perform sitting, but if you can perferct volume, breath control, closure, and resonance while sitting and it comes freely and naturally, it will only feel easier standing upright.

yes the technique really works. I am a bass and could only hit like an Eb above middle C and an F# pulling up chest. But since using this technique I've been able to go way past that. But its worth getting actual SLS lessons if you really want to improve.

Hi Idza777,

I got the program, and yes it does work. I have noticed a nice difference in my tonal quality and vocal control. I am learning how the voice actually works, and it's made a difference in the way I approach singing, and the way I sound now is a lot better. The key is to really pay attention to the vocal coordinations you are using and what sound it makes when you are using the CDs in the program. And to also remember to apply those coordinations you use when you sing.

He's amazing. Seriously, amazing!!

If you want lessons all you have to do is have the money. I think one session alone with Brett is around $250 of course you would need to be in Nashville, TN. So anyone can get lessons.
