  • Bruiser & Mr. Luce were great as always, but Leon looks like the wolfman ....stick to boxing sport ....oh Tyson KNOCKED you out of that lol

  • @nick11085 Leon Spinks never fought Tyson, genius.

  • @seikogoldwatch2009 Actually, I meant that Leon was the last last real undisputed champion before Tyson. So yeah "genius" ...don't assume you just know what you're talking about.

  • @nick11085 No, that's not what you said, and that's not what you meant. Don't try and backtrack now.

  • @seikogoldwatch2009 Yeah, I must have forgot asshole. You just know it all. Find something else to do besides bother grown people on Youtube loser.

  • @nick11085 Grown people? You hardly qualify as a grown person. Don't flatter yourself.

  • @nick11085 And considering your use of the word "knocked" when referring to Tyson and Leon Spinks, you were definitely saying that Tyson not only fought Leon Spinks, but KOed him. Idiot. Bone up on your boxing history, you ignorant adolescent.

  • Leon looks,,,, retarded!

  • That was horrible.

  • Why is Glen Campbell holding a microphone behind Dick the Bruiser?

  • @mrentertainment43 Heh-heh...that's Bob Luce. He was a wrestling Promoter here in Chicago back when wrestling was not all this hype like it is today...

  • this is the best!! holler

  • Poor Betty looks like she's in the witness protection program. It would have been ten times funnier if Leon did the promo.

  • lol

  • Leon ain't got no teefus's.

  • Leon Spinks wrestled too?

  • lol that nigga was broke. He got a couple dui's out here in my city in Ohio. He even got some family out here crazy cats 2. Live in the projects aint that some shit.

  • Leon Spinks was also the champion in Japan's answer to ECW which was called FMW. Actually I believe FMW was what influenced ECW.

  • leon did a little wrestling in memphis, tn in 1990. he had a hilarious fued wth jerry lawler. i wish it was on here. lawler would make fun of how he talked. they got in a fight in a parking lot and lawler slammed him on top of a car. i've been looking for that forever

  • LOL..... she cals me that too!!!! j/k

  • I grew up watching Bruiser wrestle, back in the day before it got too commercialized, you watch it today and its more talk than wrestling.

  • Dick the Bruiser ruled! And that's the great Bob Luce in the background. Anybody else see Bob Luce's weekly AWA tv show on channel 44 in Chicago?

  • Is Dick The Bruiser and The Crusher still alive? I really enjoyed watching that pair wrestle on tv when i was growing up. Did'nt these two play football, and if so for what team,or teams?

  • No, both have passed away.

  • Bruiser played for the Green Bay Packers for two or three years in the 1950's.

  • Dick The Bruiser was one of the baddest streetfighters who ever lived. Try to imagine him and Frank Rizzo going at it. Tough! The winner gets Sonny Liston!!

  • what was the dumbass doing?talking to a monitor?the camera was in front.i dont think he lasted to long.

  • You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Dick the Bruiser was a top star for over 40 years & his WWA promotion ran from the 1960s-1980s.

  • I was at the taping. We had no monitors. Bruiser was watching the timekeeper. The director in the control room decided which of two cameras were shooting--Bruiser thought it looked goofy to keep switching his angle with the camera. so he focused straight ahead in most all of his later interviews.

  • @Lfdjake91 how about this for a dream match, DICK THE BRUISER(in his prime) vs BROCK LESNAR. in a UFC main card match. One can only dream.

  • Dick The Bruiser was the type of guy you'd like to join for a beer at the local pub. RIP, Dick

  • My wife calls me Dick The Bruiser!

  • Dick the Bruiser is the VERY first wrestler I've ever engaged. Of course, I'm from Indianapolis and even went to Shortridge.

  • Dick was truly a great showman. He created so much excitement. He was the quintessential tough guy professional wrestler. He was the real deal through and through. There is no other like him nowadays but there should be.

  • He didn't look top bad for someone born way back in 1929.

  • WOW!

Now that's the Dick Affles "The Bruiser" I remember...I had the honor to meet this man and Reggie Liskowski " The Crusher"in the locker room back in the day...I would not and have not tangled with eather.

Dick was real mellow in this video.

    RIP...Dick The Bruisder.

  • Dick the Bruiser is my all time favorite wrestler! But this is one of the strangest wrestling angles I've ever heard of! Still better than the crap they do nowadays!

  • Just great to see and HEAR the Bruiser. He's pretty laid back here, but he could really lay it on like Mount Vesuvius in full eruption. Ya had to love him---or he'd dent your skull.

  • that was 2 years before his death. he looks in pretty good shape in that video for a 60 year old man.

I saw bruser referee a match between sting and ric flair in person earlier in 1991.the year he died.

  • Dick The Bruiser Was A Great Wrestler Of His Time. I Liked Him Alot. I Met His Son, Dick The Bruiser Jr. When WWA Was Right Here In Kendallville, In. He Lived A Great Life But A Tragic Death. We Will Miss You Dick The Bruiser.
