@dodgecityhero1 actually there IS something wrong with the shooting in u3 and naughty dog admitted it, there is a half second input lag and lack of motion blur which really messes up the experience, it did for me as well. The patch is supposed to go up next week.

Disagree on their assessment of the combat system, on my first playthrough (on normal) 99% of my deaths were from falls.

combat system feels great. maybe they felt that way because they are not experienced with such games. melee is sometimes awkward since sometimes u get one pieced but mos of the times it takes two to kill. but aiming is great and they have a reason for it, if you start playing it for a while, youll realize it just fits. Uc3 Multiplayer is beautiful and fun as hell.

I fucking love this game. 9.5 out of 10. Only marks off for the lack of an unlock store and the aiming does feel slightly odd when first playing it. You get very used to it, but i dont understand why uncharted 2s aiming is slightly better. Regardless, the combats fun, melee is great, story is amazing, graphics are amazing, etc. Amazing game.

I'm glad someone mentioned the gun combat being weak. I loved the gun combat in Uncharted 2 but whatever Naughty Dog changed about it in Uncharted 3 makes it seem very flimsy.

Shooting enemies and them not reacting at all is jarring, enemies who don't need to reload and some areas with infinitely respawning thugs :(
