The track comes from the CD 女神転生Ⅰ・Ⅱ 召喚盤・合体盤, with catalogue numbers VICL-40029 and VICL-40030 (yes, it's a double CD release). This specific track is called OMEGA～聖戦, and it is track number 12 of the 2nd CD.

I'd say this is a perfect "Vs. God" theme remix.

Even if you are FIGHTING against the creator of everything and the all powerful One, the fact this song is made to be so strong and uplifting (as compared to, say, purely hard rock or merely fast-paced) fits Him perfectly, as He 'is' supposed to be the icon of all things righteous and just.

I still can't get over how unsettling the idea of fighting God is, but also think that it makes a beautiful plot device for the story.

Just my 2 cents, tho.
