I really do *love* Snow Patrol, but IMO this was their dullest album. The best songs come out of pain. If you're going to write happy fluffy love songs, they better be fan-fucking-tastic. And personally, for me, they weren't.

So all-in-all that made for some pretty damn boring music.

I still love 'em though. "Run," "Chocolate," and "You Could Be Happy" always make me stop what I'm doing and listen when they come up on my mp3 player. :)

@swiftset Rihanna has a lovely voice and is a very attractive woman, granted, but I don't actually watch videos on youtube. I turn on the songs I love and go do something else. So I can't really comment on how interesting this video is or isn't, just the stellar quality of the music. When Rihanna comes out with something deep enough for me to keep it on for hours without needing to watch her shimmy around to evoke any emotion then I'll consider her on the same level.

I'm the opposite of you. For whatever reason, I can't play right through a Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Travis, etc. album without getting annoyed, but I can play Loud about three times in one sitting before it starts getting on my nerves.
