2. Deep Space Nine

3. The Animated Series (Better than people would think!)

4. The Next Generation

5. Voyager (hated this series)

6. Enterprise (I'm not even sure I should count this it's so bad!)

Loved the first three and liked the Next Generation. It went downhill after that. Many of the movies suck too (but not all of them).

The theme and the music in general sound so much epic during it's first 2 seasons before Rick Berman decided to castrated it when he took over as executive producer during it's 3rd.

I always loved the gentle music at the beginning with the strings and flutes...it's just so....calming. This is my favorite intro cause I love seeing Earth and stuff.

Patrick Stewart was the PERFECT replacement for Kirk. Someone totally different but yet a fine, classically trained actor. Piccard is perfect for the job.

This will always be the Star Trek theme to me. As a kid I didn't always enjoy the show, but this intro always pulled me in. I still feel shivers whenever I hear it.

This is from the pilot movie "Encounter at Farpoint" because the cast just have their names, not "Patrick Stewart as Captain Jean-Luc Picard" because its original airing in 1987 was billed as a television movie.

It's Saturn it starts with Earth then goes to the moon, then Mars then Jupiter then Saturn, its supposed to represent the continuation of human spaceflight.
