@vinugopan There wasn't that much to recover from; just had to rinse out the sporting sheds and carparks really. The rest of the Uni was unscathed and fully operational all year this year (I study there).

wow it looks very safe...........the website is complete bullshit saying the university is not been affected and UQ is high and dry. WTF? just admit that the university is damaged, i guess UQ are gonna accept anyone because they are desperate for the money to repair the campus.

Id rather go to a shit school in africa knowing i will be safe rather than a well known school where im not sure im gonna survive until the end of semester.

@GHOSTIPOD90 nah most of the university itself is fine, it was really just the sports facilities and that area around the carpark that got flooded out
