  • @53Spawn Eskimo isnt even the real name of a culture, its a term used by Gwitchens the describe Inuit. The diffrenec between the two cultures is one is based around lving on the tundra and the other below the forest line of canada. but i see what you mean by "YOU SIR, could sell ice to an eskimo" Informing you that is all.

  • Fighting game fan I am, 9/10? I'm sold :D

  • That's a lot of Fan-Service...

  • Very solid review. You do these way better than IGN even if it's your first review ever..

  • Can you turn the sides off? I've tried looking in options can't see it anywhere

  • Good review man. You presented an awesome information regarding almost everything.

  • 2:25 to launch the oponent to the air is pressing: up-arrow and E, then in the air you press A-B-A-B-C-?

I want to know more about the controls, because I want to know if it is easy to do special moves like in 2:33 and 2:40

  • @Rennnix Yes, it is easy.

  • @BudSpencer20 this is on xbox?

  • Do I need to play the other two games to get the story on this one?

  • for a first review... dude! u knocked it out of the park! very indepth and extremely useful! keep it up! :D

  • Is it true that the PSN version is presented in 4:3 with those distracting characters on the side? Or can you turn them off?

  • @brettjr25

The original arcade version was made in 4:3, but the console version can be played in 4:3 with animated or still borders filling in the sides, or in 16:9, as this review was made in.

  • @DARKJAKE13

Thanks a bunch! After viewing your review and hearing this I'm going to go ahead and download it. Thanks!

  • IM SO GETTING THIS!!9/10 i sometimes watch vidz like this to see if games are good or not and 29 buckZ HELL YEAH IM GETTIN IT :D

  • great game

  • I never find this for xbox :(

  • @88TillExTincTioN Wait okay update, Japan AND UK only have the game on Xbox.

  • @dragonfighter02

the rest of Europe as well

  • let the lolicon beat down begin...

  • I love this game. I remember getting perfects on my friends with Saki all the time on the original Arcana Heart. XD

  • How much it costs in the american PSN?

  • @betosinsentido i think it was 29.99$ or maybe it has gone down.

  • I read a few comments, and apparantly you can import the European disc for the playstation. Will that also work for the Xbox 360 version?

  • Hey man, huge fighting gamer here, I just wanted to say that you've done a wonderful review, I say Bravo ! Thanks for doing such a great job for your public

  • We've got a winner here.

  • thank god it's released on a disc here in the UK, anyway yeah great game

  • pirace moves kinda like dizzy from guilty gear x2.

  • lolwat is this

It looks like a balanced fighter, is it?

I don't care what the cast is, as long as it's balanced.

  • I love arcana heart 3. I plan to get this game soon, so I hope it will be good.

  • i cant activate any of the lvl 3 attacks i know im putting in the commands right

  • I have bleach dark soul for the nintendo DS, and the comboing is on the same buttons, but i went to the options and it was setted for manual comboing and I changed it to auto, in game I only needed to press "square" to do an automatic combo of "square-triangle-circle-X-square-triangle-circle", does arcana hearts 3 can be changed to auto comboing ??

  • @Rennnix No, you have to try to be able to combo.

  • I have a couple of questions. 1; For someone like me, who is absoloutely embarrassingly terrible at fighting games, but just likes to play them, would I be able to enjoy this? Or is it overy complex? Secondly, are the achievements managable? Or am I going to have another game where I only have like 2 achievements on lol.

  • Great review thanks! I'll definitely buy the limited edition!

  • Great review!

  • 2:47 she's badass

  • Wait wait wait, Is that blue eyes white dragon lmfao

  • Just curious. How much space does it take up on your harddrive?

  • @HelloKwak

The size of the game is about 2.6 GB.

  • @DARKJAKE13 Ok. Thanks for the info. Looks like it'll take a while to get it then.

  • @DARKJAKE13 wow...

  • Awsome review.

Was already gonna pick this up but man..YOU SIR, could sell ice to an eskimo

  • Very nice review, found out this was just released in the uk, cant wait to get the limited edition for 360, looks like a quality game =)

  • @MadDragon249 its not being released for 360 in the U.S/Uk, thats only in JP. Were just geting the ps3 version

  • will this ever come out in the UK and will it be on XBLA?

  • You can get standard or limited editions on disk in European regions for the 360, I just seen the official ad for it on the Dashboard.

  • good review.

  • can't wait, it's released the same day I get paid in the UK :D

  • avalible in EU and us hardcopy 19th, so get hype

  • What's the goddam point in NOT making this available internationally???? I would love to download it, but no, it's only available in the US...... Why???

  • @lastridge

    get a usa psn account...?

  • That was an amazing review. I'm definitely going to pick this one up.

  • Fucking elfs

  • I'd get the game but my friends would probably make fun of me.

  • just bought this today!!could use some pointers..psn is A-Spinn

oh n can u unlock parace?

  • Great review!

  • Great Review! Thanks

  • First review? Buy the quality of this review I'd think you were doing this for years! Great job, I'm subbing. :)

  • Nice review

236 was the input you showed us at 2:13

  • I just wish this game came OUT on a disk, I HATE buying virtual games, because it's dependent that I 1) have internet access to my system, and 2) that my HD will outlive DVD/Blue Ray disk/cartridge based media..which it won't, there are so many PSN/Live games I wish they'd put on a disk already for a wider consumer base to get their hands on....like the Street Fighter HD, and Marvel vs Capcom

  • @medicwheat69

Well, the good thing about digital downloads is once you pay for it, you can re-download it any time, as many times as you want, but I hear what you mean. You can always import the Japanese or European versions, since the PS3 is region free.

  • @medicwheat69 It did just came out on Disc for Xbox360.

  • @medicwheat69 good news for you, it's on disc! (saw it in PS3 version)

  • @medicwheat69 in Europe it is released as a disk version and since PS3 games are regionfree... feel free to import it

  • @medicwheat69 Agreed.

  • @medicwheat69 its out on disk for 360

  • This was an awesome first review man. I think I'm gonna have to pass though. The fighting mechanics look really top notch. But D-cup 12 year olds with camel toes is a little too creepy for me. I appreciate your review very much. It was very professional and quite informative.

  • this was a really good to the point review, u should def review more games.

  • i though arc system works co developed the game, Aksys just published it.

    nice review though

  • @vbshinra

Yeah, my mistake. I corrected it with an annotation now.

  • Hi. is there a tutorial in this game? Something similar to BlazBlue: Continuum Shift tutorial? Im not sure witch new fighter im gonna get (new for me, I know BlazBlue has been out for a while but AH3 is about to release in EU soon). Any thoughts?

  • @ramb0101

Unfortunately, the game doesn't have a tutorial within the game itself, but look on Youtube and try the Arcana Heart Wiki for more advance combos and strategies. Since it's coming out in Europe, if you like collectors Editions, get that first, since there is a limited amount of them. If your not for the CE.........well then it's all a matter what appeals to you more, but both are great in there own right.

  • Cool review dude. I wanna know tho, do the sprites look too dated on a mid sized LCD? (40'). That's the only thing stopping me from getting the game.

  • @CappuccinO80

There is an option to have a high resolution filter and also play the game in it's original 4:3 screen with animated borders filling in the sides.

  • Nice review!

  • Really enjoyed your review. Had a lot of useful information.

  • wow great review, this is your first? that is amazing the quality you put into it. im subbing for sure.

  • wow the online is pretty much a copy of blazblue cs online lol but cool

  • dude if you wanna fight a annoying boss, fight mizuchi from neo geo battle coliseum

  • @n64central

I know what you mean, but I always hated Neo-Dio more.

  • @n64central ugh, Mizuchi was hard, but Parace L Sia in this game is like Rare Akuma on Mugen.

  • dude for your first ever review you did good keep up the good work

  • Do they have any tutorials on this game?

  • @iminthenet2

I personally don't, but I saw a few around Youtube.

  • @iminthenet2 Check out the Wiki (some things you just might not even find out on your own), but even then you'll just have a very basic understanding of it. You really just need to play it for yourself like Guilty Gear or the older MvC games.

  • great review, you covered every possible question i could have about this game. I wanted to see if it was worth the 30 dollars and from your review it seems like it is.

  • i'm going out today to buy a psn card and i'm downloading this game. it looks awesome. i love anime fighting games

  • I got the japanese version of this game

  • Very nice review. One thing I didn't really hear about when you were discussing it though, is how advanced is the combo system? Like, is it similar to BlazBlue, how you can just completely dominate someone with nonstop combos if you're skilled enough, or do the combos not really get that indepth? Based on what I see here, I never saw any combos really going on for any long than 4 or 5 hits, which is a huge turn off to a BB fan like myself. Please get back to me on that ;)

  • @DouchebagChocolat

It's almost like Blazblue's, but not quite as deep, but you can do some pretty ridiculous combos. Just check out some combo videos on Youtube.

  • Thank you, very informative. I've been on the fence about this based on its appearance but heard its a solid fighter. I think this gave me all the info I needed to set my mind to getting it when the PSN store is back up & running.

Only review error: Arc System Works makes Blazblue & did the console version of this game. Aksys Games merely localized and distributed the game in North America.

  • @Redblaze27

Thanks for the feedback. Hope you enjoy it.

  • Good review I might get this game

  • How much space does this game take up? I don't know if I should download it or try to import a disc version.

  • @mrplow8

The game is 2.6 GB in size, so it's not too big.

And just an FYI, if you import it, it will cost you a lot more than downloading it.

  • noice

  • Really good review.

  • Great review.

  • Good review. Learned everything about the game I wanted to know and saw enough footage.

  • Very solid on your first review.

  • @jkshaz

    Thanks.
