try land your flips better on ball off your foot and your parkour really need to be more controlled .... quite and landing on ball off your foot and sticking the jump etc man
practice on your wall runs and u guys will be close to the next 3 run who i might add give meaning to parkour ps do u guys live in Pennsylvania if so do you take gymnastics if so wit dat where at and how much reply

We all train in Ipswich and nearby areas. We've been training for different amounts of times, between 1 and 3 years.
Its about 9months of training together :)
