I would have kicked Vader down the steps and turned around and killed The Emporer. Just because you kill someone doesnt mean you turn to The Darkside of the force. All Jedi have killed someone in thier lifetime. The problem would have been solved and The Emporers hold on Vader would have been shattered with him dead. @RallyHazItHere RL inability at the time. The original props were actually really heavy, so they couldn't do really complicated duels. As time went on, they could just CGI everything much better. Don't recall any in-universe explanation, though.

He tapped into his hate and fear during 5:05 when Vader said he was going after his sister instead and so ended up over powering Vader. What he did lack however was battle experience but he had the same force potential.

It's the overall arch of a character that makes them a good sith, A sith should either be born evil, or become evil and die evil. The only reason ehy I think Vader can get away with being in the number 2 spot with this mentality is because he barely does see redemption. Revan is basically a jedi, He is a good guy who goes bad and kills everyone then is a good guy

The rest of them, I completely agree. Did anyone care that Obi-Wan killed Maul? Did the fight itself make us feel anything? Not in the slightest. We didn't care about Maul. We didn't know him. Ditto with Dooku, Grievous and Windu. Hell, I figured Windu had it coming, betraying Jedi values for the sake of political expediency.

People need to relax. Lucas didn't kill this scene in the Blu-Ray. If Vader had screamed "Noooo!" back in '83 people wouldn't have complained. They still would've loved it. I was there. People loved the Ewoks. When Luke ignites his green lightsaber for the first time, the theater went nuts. The greatest travesty is the "Han shot first" edit. That change in particular completely ruins Han's story-arc, and it doesn't even look any good. At least the RoTJ edit doesn't really change a thing.
