Yes i love it, its great i listen to it nearly every night it really is that beautiful! <3 so you have altered satie's work I could not even tell it really is that amazing your very talented! :)
This is so beautiful l I keep listening to it everyday ! it gives off a melancholic mood, just one question is this actually originally composed by satie ? :) <3 anyhow it is still very very beautiful
very good. always wondered why nobody took up satie on this form. i know it's unique to him but i think you've shown there's a lot of mileage out of it. :)
It has that one foot in and one foot out of the grave sound. As though life is over. Extremely lonely sounding. Little to nothing more to live for other than the memories themselves. As a pianist of over 50 years, whatever the mood, you captured it very well.
If I may... you should refrain from quantizing music when ever possible, as it makes it stiff sounding.
It's quite beautiful, not just the alterations of the song (which I wouldn't have recognized if you hadn't named it), but also the sweet way you play the keys. I rather love it! I was trained on piano in my youth, years and years. It's one instrument I understand so well. And will always love so much.
@duncanltootill Slightly alter? You obviously didn't listen to it then. It has a completely unique chord progression and melody, very different from Satie's, but keeping the same mood. Perhaps you are referring to the syncopation inn the left hand? It is meant to be a reflexion on Satie and I don't think it's shit at all. You have your right not to like it, but don't make bonehead comments without putting any thought into it.
Absolutely beautiful,...!!! I don't know what it touches in side of me, but it brings up a lot of pictures, a lot of old emotions from long forgotten times.
@MrMistra57 It does the same for me, I know what you mean. Different images and feelings for me of course, but still similar I'm sure. Thank you for listening.
If Mr. Erik Satie was alive, he would've give two thumbs up and maybe a handshake in person. :)

@YouTooArchives No quantizations were applied, but perhaps it sounds that way.
