If you read the text of this resolution (H. Con. Res. 362), it clearly says it is not a authorization of force to be used against Iran and should not be construed as such. Sorry to disappoint but it looks like there's not going to be any war with Iran.

H. CON. RES. 362 calls for a naval blockade against Iran, which would be an act of war. I think all this will do is to further raise oil prices by cutting off more supply.
