they'er very good and talented . i used to sing it with my old chorus group at bavpa [Performing Arts] in Buffalo, NY. I miss my old frends so much . all of them were so talented!
I love the arrangement and the choir, however the piano player seems as if she plays squre piano, ragtime or such. She also is a little too stiff and is a little behind the rythem. However I think she did a good job anyway. As ar as Im concerned, The overall performance was great. Keep up the good work
Na, she's good is our Sheila! I suspect problems with the sophisticated recording eqipment we use and the echo in the hall. It would've sounded great if you'd been there!! BTW it's RHYTHM!! :-)
This is what is called piano playing following the choir, presenting the choir, the piano is playing song interruption, a telling of the song. This type of piano playing is very, very hard. In other words the piano is just being background support, and the choir is being dependent on the support of the piano without the choir the piano player could not respond so to speak. I hope I explained this good.
Perhaps complimentary playing is a term you may be familiar with.
It's arranged by Derek Jones and published by Curiad, their reference 4083, £1.30. Our copies are ordered by a local music shop so that may be the best way to order one copy. Otherwise, set Google to 'pages from the UK' and enter 'Curiad' and it's the first result. Click on 'Choral Music' (right hand column) then select TTTB and its about three quarters of the way down the page. Good luck!
I have a huge test tommorow.... and it's 4:20 AM... and what am I doing... watching this.... because it is probably the best thing on youtube.... and also, I think I'm finally ready for that test. ;D
