Riki was and is my favorite character. Espeically the heart-to-hart between Shulk and Riki atop the Fallen Arm on the way to Mechonis Field is a great moment in the game. Riki isn't just a useless mascot, he has heart and soul.

although i prefer my shulk(main)/sharla/reyn combo i used riki quite a bit in the middle portion between makna forest and sword valley and he was damn useful. His HP kept him alive so long and he built up party gauge so quickly that even if i died, i'd almost always get revived.

Actually the Heopon was my only way to deal with those assassins in the Highentia capital, who were almost immune to all kinds of physical damage, so I let Rikki puke them to unconciocusness.

@SpaghettiToaster yeah, i actually went back to the shulk/sharla/riki combo much later in the game (won't say when because it may cause spoilers). Mainly because Riki has ether attacks and a healing art as well

Riki is my fav character. He doesn't know to speak fluent Homz language, yet he has given Dundun some advices, he's adorable, and he's a great character to play in battles. "EVERYONE DO GOOD !!"

Riki was such a bro in this game. I mained a defensive [not going to say who the last character you get is], and Riki's debuffs and heals made things sooo much nicer. Not to mention Sneaky and Say Sorry doing ridiculous amounts of damage. Heropon Very Cool!

Japanese voice of Riki is just faaaaaar better than the english one, the voice in japanese is totally like a kid's one, which is exactly in opposition of Riki true nature and what the developpers want Riki to be. The english voice to me make him sounds like a pervert retarded man.

@Dsilink well i can reveal 2 things without spoiling anything, the 2nd final boss is lv 80, while the final boss is lv ???, even if ure lv 99 its still ???.

also a warning, the 2nd final boss and the 2nd form of final boss was imo the hardest bosses in the game, cause they just spammed those lethal vision attacks. but thats just one person's opinion

I don't really agree with you. I mean, Riki is like the most representative character of japanese culture, and what's really good with his voice is that we thought he was a kid, whereas he wasn't. What's more, "nopons" is a really cute race, so put him a voice that makes more mature isn't a good choice, I think (sorry if i have done mistakes, I'm french ^^')
