@FinnishCraig3 SCARS (Special Combat Aggressive Reactionary System) It was the hand to hand combat system used by the SEAL's in the 1990's. In 2001 I got to attend a civilian 3 day SCARS course put on by the founders of SCARS, and the movements look very similar. Since these are SEAL's. It makes sense they know these moves.
@BulldawgE well if you want to either decide that the military ins't for you, or if you want to increase your chances at becoming a seal (who make 20,000 on completion of BUDs) its probably worth it.

The Hand to Hand combat they are practicing looks kind of like SCARS.
