I presume that this is an X-Ecutor 2? This unit has more modes than the X-Ecutor 1, but can use the same speaker.

its traditional...older fire trucks had bells as a siren, and some of the newer trucks still have bells for tradition only, not actually used, and they are used in parades

I think theres a few ems that have them, i live in boston and there arent that many. theres a video on here that shows one of the ambulances using one, "Boston EMS Responding

no, boston ems uses whelen and some of there first GMC's used these sirens. i have acouple on film.
