Can this be used with loose tea. It is advertised as to be used with tea leaves, but I mostly drink from loose tea?

Has this product been reliable for the people who purchased it? It looks fantastic but I am always weary of moving parts. Currently I am using the Breville Ikon electric kettle, but would consider an upgrade if it has been reliable...

@scoremat yes this is a top notch product. I personally use one in my home everyday (for the past 6 months) and have not encountered any problems. It is a joy to use.

@scoremat The moving parts are magnetic. I've had it for a few months and love it.
