This was a clearly defined global competition, and to get the award, one had to work for it and earn the award for specific projects outlined in one's proposal. This had nothing to do with any political or government affiliation. I earned that award from my own research that I carried out as a doctoral student. I earned it & its NOT a gift, or gov't loan to be repaid! I never worked with any gvt

It is my honest opinion that the World Bank and the I.M.F. were set up to do the very opposite of what they claim. They are there to trick poorer nations into borrowing money that they will never be able to repay as a means of enslaving them. Once the loan is defaulted on those nations must then make deals that are not in there best interests, like opening up utilities to privatization so that they can be purchased by foreign corporations who then create worse poverty by charging more money.
