It may have been more for everyone. When the richer people start losing money from taxes they don't put money in the economy and it goes down. Everyone will be middle class. Everyone being equal. (a) What is the current rate of taxation on $250,000 worth of annual income, and the calculated $ considered the tax liability.

(b) What was the rate & $ amount under Ronald Reagan, and Bill Clinton?

(c) What would the rate be in John McCain's plan?
