  • hey look it's Daniel Craig!

  • another wonderful and very technical move tought by greg nelson.

is very one watching and learning from this excellent training video.

find a workout partner and practice these type of greco muay thai connected moves soon.

its all up to you ,

  • Thank you very much!

  • Id like to see brock lesnar do a flying knee or a high kick

  • @lilgoalieman watch brock vs heath herring...coming out into the round...brock does a flying knee! it fails though (but what can you expect from brock)

  • @racingmylife15

Yeah, even that punch that made heath fall, that was the highlight of the night ;) but brock has to work on his stand up and he needs more technique even though hes the champ and survived Carwin, He has alot to work on.

  • the elbow not pointing to the ground is an excelent way to evoid nasty things.good explanations.

  • I'm learning BJJ from Greg Nelson, best BJJ teacher ever!!!

  • Good move. I'm a judo practitioner and we are all about footsweeps.

  • minnesota martial arts academy go to the site

  • Guys, i have done Judo for a while now, obviously with a Gi, and underhooks are a bit more difficult to obtain...However from my experience in sparring with quality opponents....I feel that eye gouging, and similar "dirty" techniques are very difficult to apply against such as opponent....In wrestling greco + freestyle....and their street application do you feel that "dirty" techniques can be applied?? I'm asking seriously and not as a smart-alec, i value your honest opinions. thanks

  • My feeling is that, yes, dirty stuff like eye gouge can be applied.. by both parties.. the person who is controlling the position will have far more opportunity and thus, good clean wrestling skills mean control of the position, which means being safer from that kind of thing and being more able to use it yourself. There are no short-cuts.

  • yes i agree 100%

  • Great technique...very basic Greco-Roman influence with the underhook...easy to learn and practice with a partner...excellent instruction and explanation of the "why" and "how"...5 stars!

  • good video, thanks. just a quick suggestion: have the camera guy back up just a little bit so we can see both people's entire body movements.

  • good stuff, no wonder NHB guys are coming to him for advise.

  • I got those dvd's and it is packed with clinch techniques.
