Hey there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.
Hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister got ripped Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
Awesome video man! jaja I just have an urgent question, I hope you can answer me back.. Rigth now I am trying to increase the number of reps of the regular pull up. My MaxRep is 12 rigth now. How should I train and how many days a week to increase the number of reps in pull ups?
@TCKikeeElectro Whats your end goal? I would do the following: 1 Day per week, I would do low reps of 5 with a weight, do a 5x5 set, then one burn out set of max. 2nd Workout, I would do 4x 8 sets where on every rep you HOLD the top for 1 sec to increase strength there. Lastly on the 3rd day, I would accumulate alot of volume fatigue, so 10 sets of 10 reps! This is a sure fire way to do more :)
Very well made and excellent video great personality and such great info. Im 16 and really need to improve my pull ups before boot camp i can do 8 :P. going to give this routine a try. Thanks again for such a great video.
I did pull up for the first time ever today and I did 13 could of did more but I cheated myself by not going all the way down on the first three so they didn't count but I did 13 the rite way
So i started doing chin ups everyday like...2 weeks ago? and went from 2 to 8, but i´ve noticed that i can do more chin ups when i put my hands like..3 inches away from each other but my left elbow started to hurt, does it have something to do with the way i grab the pull up bar? or is it just because im doing them every day?
@Victor00Lopez Might be because you are not fully extending on the way down or bending your wrist, if these two aren't a problem and the problem persists, I'd get it checked out so it doesn't get worse!!!
@Victor00Lopez make sure you don't have tendanitous of the elbow. its a very common injury for over use. simply ice it 3 times daily (if you have it) and it will go away fast. a very affective way is to take a styrofoam cup, fill it with water, freeze it then apply the ice to the hurt area. its direct ice so its stronger, and peel away the edges of the cup as the ice wears down. do it for 10mins 3 times a day pain should be gone in a week tops.
Very knowledgeable info on how to workout correctly with great explanations that other fitness guru's fail to expound on. Being articulate on each movement/exercise is very enticing to the audience and thus why I find your info very beneficial. Keep up the great work!
Great Video..but just as a side note, Wide Grip Pull Ups work the width of your back! Not your inner (i.e. rhomboids). Close Grip Chins will work rhomboids. just an FYI.
@blondecrazygaijin Straps can be useless for targeting a specific area if your grip is giving out, but for the purpose of this video and 99% of the time I'm against straps
@iAMxWiL Great question. Each muscle group should be treated differently. Biceps are pulling so 6-12 reps controlled with great form. Shoulders, triceps and chest are performance muscles so 5-8 reps :)

Great video, very helpful.
Have thought about doing pull ups at my gym for a while, but wasn't entirely sure what to do (type, reps etc.) but now I do :)
As a side note, what number if reps would you say is best for bulking up, in regards to exercises on your biceps, shoulders, triceps, chest etc. ?
I hear 5-6 and then 10-12 somewhere else, so am not too sure.
