Am lucky to fly the Emirates 777-300 from DUS this coming summer in business class. Do you by any chance know what type of business class seat they offer on this plane/route? I already checked out the Emirates website but am still confused which seat it actually is. Would be great if you would have the answer.
The biggest difference is the engines: B773's have PW4000 or RR Trent 800, the ER version is powered by GE-90-115B. The GE-90s are much bigger and more powerful than the Trents or the PW's. You will also notice a significant sound difference between these engine types.
Another difference is the wing, the 777-300ER wing is a little bigger and it has raked wingtips installed, the normal 300's wing does not.
@FelixMies The B77-300 also use the GE-90-92B or 94B, in addition to the RR's and PW's. But yes the GE-90115B are much bigger than any other engine. [largest ever put in service thus far in the history of commercial aviation].
Da warste aber schnell drüben. das du die noch vom Bahnhof bekommen hast

@FelixMies Yes, but thats not a visible difference from far away, I believe the 773 lacks winglets.

Uhh.
ER's or LR's got more range.
Like uhh.
777-300 Can take; KJFK - YSSY From left to right.
300ER can take: KLAX - YSSY.
KLAX and KJFK.
Big distance between them.

@TheChosenRed yes, sure
right answer of FelixMies
the Engines of 777-300 may be PW4090 or PW4098, RR892 or 895
the same engines of 777-200
each PW4090 gives 90.000lb of power. PW4098, 98,000, RR892 92.000lb, RR895, 95.000lb
the GE90-115Bof 777-30ER gives until 115.000lb, is used for longest trips

@TheChosenRed also another difference is that the 777-300ER is longer than the 777-300. Because its an extended range. so yeah...
