You folks may not realize just how lucky we are to be having these videos. Geoff Thompson is the grandfather of 'Reality Based Self Defense' (RBSD). He is absolutely without question one of the most knowledgeable people on the planet when it comes to this sort of instruction. The advice he is giving here is the foundation of virtually all such RBSD teaching in the world today.
