they cant. Nintendo and rare equally own the right to that game.rare wanted to port it to arcade but Nintendo blocked them.Smooth move Nintendo.Microsoft got what they deserved

not really, Rare was bought by Xbox but Nintendo still has every right to use their characters and put them in games etc.

I loved Banjo and Kazooie when I was little, but I'm wandering why the hell is the 64-bit Banjo and Kazooie on Xbox Live arcade? Well it makes sense, I mean Rare has full control on what they can do with the games they made. I can't wait to see the achevements that they will give out. I still have my old Game Guide for the game.
