If you're wondering about the advantages of shooting with an HD camera we have a video with Nigel Barker explaining the benefits of HD at /watch?v=CFJp71jP8ls.
I like this video because it seemed as if you were talking to me. You answered many of my questions. I was pulling for a FLIP Cam anyway and now I can't wait to get one this week. This video gets to the point I was looking for. I do have some questions to ask you so I'm gonna subscribe first and watch a few more of your videos to see if the answer lies in them. THnx for a gr8 video!
i have final cut express and it is really good but hard to use. Adobe After effects is hard to use but it is a little better and final cut express is $200. i dont know what after effects is tho but it is probably around the same amount.
last summer i bought a flip, and like you, enjoyed it for its simplicity. soon i realized i needed something more, but didn't go hd for whatever reason i researched. it records on little tapes, which has been fine for me so far. i do regret having not gone hd, tho. :)
I have a Canon ZR850. It's not HD, but it's not bad. My only complaint is the tape sound bleeds into the audio in quiet places. I have the option of both 16:9 and 4:3 ratio. It's MiniDV. I like having tapes because tapes is a time tested archival medium. I'll be taking the video and putting them on DVD, but it's nice having that solid archive.
I am going with Oneshotkreppa. Which camcorder did U use? :) Like the quality

You Rock Keep Up The Good Work.
Look at my vids on Break A Leg. I am using a crappy mini dv. Don't by that by a hard disk or memory based one.

Cannon makes solid camera's, that is for sure. Bummer to hear about your audio issues, my issue is learning to edit with some advanced stuff.
Hard but fun.
