wait but was that butter? I don't think we can have butter on the slow-carb diet...almost all dairy is out--unless you are using some substitute like olive oil spread but even then i'd be careful. Can you specify?
@ChristinaBartosh On his page he clarifies as an update that you can have butter in small amounts. I would go for one that is 1/2 butter and 1/2 yogurt to or olive oil to save on fat, calories, and lactose.

I use Califlower and white beans! You don't need butter =) Just add salt & pepper or whatever other spice you want. Highly recommended.

@ChristinaBartosh you are allowed to use butter (small amounts of course)! Tim suggests using 'ghee' or clarified butter

The silence in the video is REALLY Annoying. At least say what you are doing as you do it.

this looks disgusting. Try Cauliflower mash, its much nicer, no need for garlic, just add some butter and salt. PERFECT

per Tim: you can have butter so long as the ingredients are only butter and salt with nothing else added.

Nice post. Looking for more ideas on how to make those awful lentils palatable and this helps.

@ChristinaBartosh Yes you can use butter. Butter = cream & salt whipped to a solid

Why don't you use real, crushed garlic - tastes sooo much better and is much healthier and natural.
