I don't usually respond to morons (alveolar) who can't spell or write but here goes. Obama is not black. He is bi-racial. Why black racists need to claim him as a black man when he is clearly 5o/5o speaks more to either an ignorance or arrogance but I'm not quite sure. It would be nice to say he is the first non-racial president, which demonstrates the openess of our culture. As far as the arrogance is concerned, you might not want to claim him just yet. He is a fiscal incompetent.

The (white) internet-using public's response of "lol" really says a lot about American society. The over- and misuse of the term rape in online games and other virtual settings really bothers me because I think it deadens our sensitivity to it. I'd like to see some actual mobilization against the frat house, boys-will-be-boys mentality towards assault instead of more idiotic snickering.
