@915olivares11 Abs are always there. The reason you don't see them is that there is body fat on top of them. Therefore, just working out your abs will do nothing but strengthen them and make them bigger, thus pushing the fat out more. The way you show your abs is by getting rid of body fat. And you can not target just one area.

@915olivares11 I definitely think that you can bro! There are a few reasons why you aren't seeing the results. 1) If you do the same workout everyday your body will plateau. With the Insanity workout, the exercises change everyday so that doesn't happen.
2) Diet- Are you eating enough protein and complex carbohydrates? Protein will help repair your muscle tissues and carbs will serve as an energy supply for your body.
3) Genetics - We get a lot of our body types from our families.
i am on day 3 of insanity and am starting to figure out how to eat better. this meal sounds right up my ally! I am off to the store tomorrow morning to pick out all new foods for myself for the week. Healthy stuff. This video is a huge help. thank you!! :)
The Insanity book says you can't eat processed food (egg beaters are processed food). I don't see egg beaters on the lists, nor do i see turkey bacon.
I don't have problems with the workouts just the nutrition part of it for example its hard to buy and eat healthy if crap aka fast food is the least expensive but I usually starve before I eat that junk food !
@TheSurfinbird21 I totally agree! But this is where self discipline comes in. In life the best things are those you have to put effort into. For example.. Cooking instead of going out to fast food. Some people who are "lazy" will disagree with having to do ANYTHING that requires effort, but in the end the results show both outwardly and inwardly. Thanks for your comment!! :)

haha enough cooking appliances lol i usually keep mine in a Cabinet in my second kitchen in my basement but im surprised u have enough room and also wat time was it when u made that cause if its morning who drinks beer in the morning

I counted 935mg, which is more than double what you should be getting per meal (assuming you eat 5 times per day). 2300mg is about the max per day. This isn't a good look.
Turkey Bacon tastes the same as real bacon? You are insane! LOL... Just kidding... But no it does not.
