I had no problem with the "old" Juji, but in order to study tricking, you have to watch the videos a lot. Thats were its getting annoying, when he is jerking around and not coming to the point. Dont get me wrong, he was pretty funny, but now its much more beneficial for actual learning stuff.

One thing that helped me is to kick the non-kicking leg back, which helps torque your hips and set the kicking leg for landing.

it's so strange ... when i learned 540, i just went out and landed it after like 3 tries and never really lost it again. aerial, on the other hand, took me months to land and like two years to get it consistently. its interesting how different tricking is for everyone. not beating yourself up is really important. my aerial frustration gave me an annoying injury and stopped everything else, because i just practiced for this ONE move. juji really knows what he is talking about ...

Not true. The "gyro" is just an extra twist before he lands, after the 540. But, he had no choice but to gyro, as he had so much height here.

a 540 kick isnt a 540 spin lol. 540 kick is just a name. Look at any other kick, most kicks lie the 540 hook are only a 360 spin.

I like it better than the old tutorials, but I'm surprised you didn't mention bending the non-kicking leg. Once you get a strong set up that's basically the main ingredient to landing a 540.
