  • yeah down with radical fanatic communizm

  • anyone see the guy at the start falling

  • @jerryjingjo

This "guy" was Lech Walesa, one of the most important people of the 80's revolution in eastern Europe.

He collided with a camera man on a segway!

  • hahaha 0:08 haha he is falling over the light

  • Those Dominoes were made by nearly 15.000 children from almost every country in the world. This is what makes this event so beautiful.

  • wow this is so creative! leave it to the germans....

  • Sooner or later, we China will be the Berlin Wall collapsed. And will certainly collapse

  • LOL 0:07 asshole

  • :D.....

  • I thought it was a great idea.

As for a waste of money - They'll probably auction off the dominoes and make it all back.

  • there was enough money to build a wall and there was enough money to have nuclear weapons in the cold war, so there MUST be enough money for celebrating freedom and remembering history!!!

  • Never mind - because of China

  • Why didn't the last domino fall?

  • I think the last one was an actual piece of solid concrete from the wall itself.

  • @teredaqwerty It's a chinese poem on the last one?

  • teredaqwety: I actually thought that the last domino pertained to China....which makes sense but then someone suggested the wall between North and South Korea which would actually make more sense. The Koreans are separated toaday just like the Germans were back then.

  • I think it was a Korean domino that should represent the north/south divide !

  • there is a problem:

the ghost of ussr hasn't gone

  • 好波!!!!!

  • it would be great if someone could provide a frontal shot of the chinese domino

so that we can see what is written on it

  • About the last domino : what does it symbolize ?

    The China's wall ?

  • maybe that last one symbolised china. it's the biggest dictatorship on earth, so that would be reasonable.

  • absolutely

  • Thanks for the answer

  • zhuldjinn: It may actually symbolize the division of North and South Korea. I initially thought it was about China.

  • Now when will the free world join together so this can happen in Palestine?

  • Below comment to k915

  • THis rock! Awesome video I love it!

  • This makes me teary-eyed! :-)

  • Happy 20th Anniversary!!!

  • LOL the guy who pushed it TRIPPED

  • That's former Polish president Lech Walesa, co-founder of the Solidarity movement. He's one of the key figures in the fall of communism.

  • jiangx88: The "guy" that pushed the first domino is Lech Walesa of the Solidarity movement in Poland where the start of the fall of communism in Europe started in August of 1980. And no, he didn't trip but rather he was accidentally bumped by a cameraman on a segway. Good thing that Lech did not get hurt.

  • what about walls that seperate Iraqi towns from each other?

  • sponsored by dominos pizz :)

  • stupid!what about the wall of israel?too many actor in this ceremony.

  • Celebrating one the greatest events of the last 20 years. When will North Korea get on board?

  • Great stuff. Well done to the organisers.
