Soy percusionista de una orquesta y cuando tocamos esta obra soy yo la que debe pasarse esos 20 minutos delante de la caja ¡¡¡¡y añádele todos los ensayos!!!!! ... es realmente genial, siempre pensé lo mismo pero nunca me atreví a decirlo, el bolero es un icono en nuestro repertorio. Me alegro que alguien se haya atrevido a desmontar este monumento... gracias

When I first saw this, I laughed. The humour is subtle, but it can still be recognized by paying attention to the drummer's face. I found it quite amusing how the drummer develops a subtle rivalry with the other drummers, especially the woman playing the other drums.

This video makes me very glad that I play the piano and the viola, not the drums... I can only imagine how bored he must be! This came on in between two of the shows I was watching on tv, and I honestly thought that the drummer was going to either pass out from boredom, or shoot everyone with a cleverly-concealed weapon. And if he screwed up, everyone would know. Talk about pressure!

The drummer girl is such a sweet little thing - a real princess - all those quick sideways glances she gives him and such an actress - without her the clip would be rather tedious. I did a detailed search on her but alas, she will remain anonomous.
