Seriously phenomenal Daniel - even after he had that long pause in phase one, you still nail every delay perfectly. I have a long way to go before I can get this good. If he hesitates at all, I don't get it, and I usually only get about 50% of the delayed punches properly. I recently filmed a round 1 victory, but it took me about 400 tries. If you don't mind me asking, how long did this video take you?
Sorry about the late reply, I didn't see your message until now!
This Round 1 victory was one of the earliest ones actually, from 2002. I used to play for an hour per session and would generally average three 1st round victories.
When I found my rhythm, I beat Mike fives times in a row in the 1st round! Right now I'm lucky if I even beat him once in Round 1 in five tries lol.
I lost a Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! challenge at work earlier today, I'm really off my game. Mike actually won!!
I'm glad that you managed to record yourself beating Mike in the first round, congratulations!! Not many can say the same!
Once you find your rhythm, you will be virtually unstoppable! We all have a rhythm (of mind, body and soul as one) that allows us to achieve things at a much simpler rate. Find it, and Mike will be frequently finding himself flat on the mat, not once, not twice, but THREE times in Round #1! You can do it!
