  • I am trying an Iodine supplement that has 12.5 mg. Dont buy the weak stuff. And dont pay for all kinds of fancy combinations. Just try the Iodine first. This video was a waste. I am ordering it tonight. Wish me luck. Sad how everyone is put on thyroid medication by the millions and the govt wont or cant tell us why. So far my research tells me the first thing to do is take IODINE supplement. Our food supply has barely enough to keep us alive.

  • I agree,.. what a waste of time if she dont know anything about thyiroid she sure not waste her time to do these video every one knows that salt have iodine sooooooooo whats newwwwwww about that?? pleaseeeeee find something else to do!!!!!!!!

  • HOT

  • healthy food choices for underactive thyroid? big title, long talk.. and the only choice she gave was salt! pffff come on!!

  • I was expecting to get a few "healthy food choices for thyroid" But I got nothing except of the salt.

  • @naomikislasi yeah her backdrop was misleading...she said talk to your doctor for meal plans...

  • I'm 36 and it's got me.

  • oh nooooooooo dont use that salt, get celtic sea salt! That stuff is not good for you! Or get some iodoral, which is iodine/iodide suppliment.

  • @wheelori814 thank you for the tip :)

  • The plain [non-iodized] salt is available in the stores; there is a speculation that the processed food is made with plain salt too. The iodine overdose can trigger the autoimmune disease.
