The title shocked me first place, it is India Governement responsible since you invaded Sikkim.
Sanjoy Hazarika is ignorant, in fact it is Indias interest otherwise it will end up like Nepal, CCP would be happy " to help Sikkim".

@456inthemix You are right...the statement made by sanjoy is so rubbish..he says loss of lives its not due to earthquake but lack of proper construction i think dat doesnt make any sense..all his answer seems dat northeasts are a huge burden for india..

@akashdeeprai1 - Tibetans are also very concerned so the Tibetan leader offered his prayers for those affected by this tragic natural calamity and also donated Rs. 500,000 from the Dalai Lama Trust towards relief work in the affected areas of the state.
H.H. Karmapa “The people who are affected are in my thoughts. I offer prayers for the deceased and the survivors to be relieved of their pain and suffering soon,” he said.
