The movie version of Kiryu Kazuma is too young, doesn't look as tall, strong imposing as the game version, he doesn't have a strong deep voice as in the game version.
at 0:19 he looks like he uses eyeliner and too much hairgel.
His clothes are just like the game's version which is fine -- except in this case.. he looks like a cosplayer of Kiryu Kazuma rather than a "real life" version of Kiryu.
