@NutsPeople It's called a fallstreak hole. It's formed when supercooled water droplets set off a chain reaction and cause the water drops near it to freeze and fall to Earth as virga, leaving a hole in the cloud and that streak leaving the hole.

While flying from the east coast last month I noticed a large round cloud formation below me that was rainbow colored and surrounded by clouds that looked normal. The people I was flying with all saw it and wondered about it since it was so large. We looked at it till it was out of range. It was beautiful. But it surely looked odd.

cant really see any Scalar waves so id drop the thought of this being man made (HARRP) Ive seen other comments saying a possible cloaked craft which seems to make more sense if this craft had just entered the atmosphere from space it could be bleeding off Heat/Radiation causing it to "burn" a hole into the surrounding clouds.
