  • @1:45, epic front side plf. that looked slightly painful. ive done a few of those.

  • RIP - David P. Suchecki, 82nd Airborne Division; 325th, 1st Batallion

  • Every soldier in every branch is equal. No one is better than anyone. End of story. P.S Airborne is sick nasty.

  • Thank you for the selfless service guys. My uncle is currently in Iraq with the 82nd Airborne division and will return next year around august. Godspeed and return home safe soldiers.

  • BDU's looked 10 times cooler than our current lame ACU's :[

  • @WOWISTOOADDICTING They damn sure did!!! I spent 6 years in the Deuce from 97-03 and our bdus had to be cardboard starched!

  • i was in the israelike army in the 1982 lebonon war and i gotta saqy being a airbourne warriour is the best buzz in the world you aint got no mates you are all just 1 big family HOORAH

  • We used to pay these brave soldiers as if their country cared for them; that as a nation we valued their lives and appreciated their service. That is no more, and long since gone by.

Compensation, allowances, incentives & demobilization benefits for enlistments are a sick joke; a travesty, and insulting. Officers are little better, and we are creating ///way/// too many Brass Hats to begin with.

  • NO ONE does the Army's job better then the Army! deal with it.

  • @nodmessenger Observing this video leads me to the conclusion that not every NCO remembers what a mother fucker a modern defensive hand grenade is. Soldiers going to Afghanistan & Iraq are not going to be up against Mark One pineapples or Wehrmacht potato mashers.

  • EVERYONE STOP FIGHTING OVER WHO IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER ONE !!!

All of these soldiers in the different branches of the armed forces are fighting and serving the same country.

And to go around saying what branch is the best is just retarded because there is no "the best". They are all good at what they do, and being good at it is enough.

  • Name and artist of second song?

  • Man do I remember those days! T-10 Bravo Must be something new. We had our weapons case with us on our side as we landed. Mock Up door traning! Do not care too much for the music.

  • Anyone know if you went airborne infantry how long it would take to volunter to try out for SF? I'm going SEAL this is a question for a buddy of mine who doesn't have a youtube account the recruter told him he could pretty much volunter straight from airborne school and go but he's also heard that you'll probly have to wait maybe up to 2 years before getting to try out for SF since 82nd will probly want to use you after putting the training into you. Plus i've told him recruter's feed you BS

  • @ragenhurt i had to wait 6 months i went from the 82 nd to the 101st 5 th they made me wait 6 months to the day

  • the only way to go is Airborne HOOAH! 11-B

  • @army71988 can 11C be apart of airborne?

  • All respect to the paratrooper.

  • I Was in the 82nd for 4 years, I was in 3/4 ADA division which I hear no longer exists. Anyone know if that is true. MOS 14S.

  • @Nomiconkt Future marine here, I wanna say thanks for serving sir

  • @semperfisemperceler-There is no such thing as a future marine, there is a marine, that is all. No disrespect intended but when you finish BC or OCS you'll know what I say here is true.

  • @SemperOld do u mean theres no such thing as a former marine?

  • Comment removed

  • Man I miss being a paratrooper. I loved being in the 82nd I did 6 years with the 82nd and 4 tours to Iraq.

  • 1:50 Oh Shit! face plants are not fun!

  • @candiceevans1 piss off asshole. Also it doesnt make sense?! Those assholes the soldiers are fighting abuse women and children, hell I bet they use them as human sheilds sometimes and your calling OUR guys murderers? Go to hell.

  • I think a couple of em forgot the 5 points of contact! I only wanna see green ramp one more time and that's when I come back from theater!

  • man i cant wait to join the air force as soon as i get my pilot licenses im joining for sure i dont care what i fly as long as i fly !!!!

  • in 5 years they still gonna be jumping from c-130's???

  • id be scared as hell if i saw them droppin in. ur pretty much screwed over when they drop in

  • AHHHHHHH green ramp no.....!!!!!!

  • @onehappykiller get to company 14 hours before jump, do a bunch of stupid shit, get to green ramp, do pre-jump (only 8 hours to go), don't eat because some dumb ass in charge forgot, sleep for 4 hours because the time line is all fucked up, get rigged and wait 2 more hours, legs fall asleep and are in excruciating pain, half your battalion gets scratched so the mission is bullshit anyways, spend the next 10 days thinking about committing suicide, while doing a 20 mile road march..glad im out.

  • 1:52 is a great example of the way you DONT wanna land

  • Are they supposed to be just fuckin slamming into the ground like that to land? The first guys who landed just seemed to like slam into the ground and roll, the guys at the end all seemed to intentionally land on their backs?

  • @CyrustheVirus1234 1st guy to land was major screw up, prolly a broken nose... you hit the ground with feet and knees together, roll on your side

  • @MnSPictures I jumped once in ridiculous weather and about half our battalion got injured....commander got fired. I was one of the "lucky" ones who didn't fuck myself up and ended up getting totally fucked over for the next 10 days.

  • @CyrustheVirus1234 2:17 is a great example of what you should do

  • feet-ass-and -head,,,lol, thats what i'm talking about!!!!

Ex duece here 307th eng and 618 eng, "Imaintain the right"

  • Now I'm not bashing anyone here. But the Airborne rarely ever jumps into a zone anymore. It's actually almost going out of practicality with the war we're in. We aren't fighting a uniformed army, we're fighting pussies who hide in with civilian crowds. That means it's not really practical unless you're rescuing a downed piolot or something.

  • Those with the silver wings are distinguished. Those with the silver wings and ranger tab lead the way. And those with the silver wings and green beret are America's best.

Men better than you fall out of the sky. Be one of them. Join the airborne and get your wings.

  • Spent 4 years in the Marine Infantry and agree with you 100%. One Team One Fight. Ooorah brothers.

  • @candiceevans1

OK, LISTEN HERE YOU JACKASS! WHAT WOULD AMERICA DO IF THERE WERE NO ONE TO GO ABROAD AND "TEACH" OTHERS THAT THERE'S A CONSEQUENCES TO PAY FOR TERRORISM? WE WOULD BE LIKE OTHER WAR STRICKEN NATIONS,,,,, ALSO HOW WOULD ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE GENOCIDE STRICKEN TERRITORIES DO WITHOUT THE HOPE OF A VOICE TO HAVE OF THEIR OWN, W/O FEAR OF DEATH! SOLDIERS GIVE THEM A VOICE, GIVE US CITIZENS THE COMFORT OF KNOWING "OUR" NATION WILL NEVER BE LIKE THAT! GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO TALK SHIT!FU

  • @candiceevans1 you complain about men volunteering to fight a war that was initiated by a direct attack on the world trade center, but do you realize that if we do not fight at all, the war would be brought to our doorstep. Then what? Oh yeah the army would come and save your ass, and im fairly sure you would appreciate it then.

  • @candiceevans1 Anyone who is willing to do that, to go halfway around the world to fight an enemy that would gladly murder us here, is more than worthy of our respect. And people who call those soldiers murderers make me more angry than I can tell here.

  • @candiceevans1 It seems for a self styled "American Patriot" that you seem to be confused. Maybe I can enlighten you. It was a handful of GROWN ASS MEN who fought for eight long years to found this country. It was the MEN of the Army who eradicated slavery from this country. It was the MEN, and women too, of the military, who CHOSE TO BE IN THE MILITARY, that eradicated Fascism from the Earth. And it is the same type of person who, even now, is willing to go where you won't to keep you free.

  • @candiceevans1 you are a fucking clown. get at me candiceevans. you obviously grew up with no friends, or you got kicked out of the military bc you were a pussy and couldnt even make it through basic

  • your a fucking asshole and you make no sense. We're in a war you stupid fuck open your eyes. These people make it possible for you to even voice your own stupid ass opinion. Someone has to do it cocksucker, too bad your pussy ass would be shaking in your boots. Grow up and get the fuck out of this country jerkoff.

  • whats the 2nd song

  • @fuzionkid some re-make of depeche mode... 82nd 505a PIR. Hooah.

  • God Bless all our soldiers bring them home safely and Bless the families of our fallen heros.

    82nd ALL THE WAY HOOAH!

  • Do the 82nd still make combat jumps?

  • this is a great video wiff an even more greater song

  • the editing pisses me off

  • my brother says landing hurts like a bitch...im gonna be an mp but not airborne..lol

  • @SuperBoarman

just in case you didn't know, MP's also get deployed. idk if you knew that, but thought i'd tell yeah. 11 BRAVO BABAY!!!!!!!!!

  • @AndrewTheKewlDude i know..i was just sayin that my brother is 82nd airborne mp, thats all..haha

  • @SuperBoarman

Yeah downrange MP's job is pretty much infantry.

  • amazing vid by the way

  • my brother is doin this shit....hes in afgahnistan rightnow...but he gets to come home the 5th..cant wait

  • 1:50....pay attention, troopers. Your five points of contact are: balls of the feet; calves; thighs; buttocks; and the push-up muscle. NOT toes: knees; arms; and face!!! Former airborne and a jumpmaster, so I feel both sorry and pity for that guy.

  • When you see these guys in class a unifourms what is that green cord they are wearing like some have a blue cord for infantry what does the green cord mean plz help?????

  • The green/red cord is the French Fourragere aux couleurs de la Croix de guerre (or French Fourragere in the Croix de guerre colors...I think thats right). It was awarded to the 82nd for their heroic service in WWII. There are other units (including 2 Marine Regiments) who wear this fourragere. And there are untis who wear the fourragère aux couleurs du ruban de la médaille militaire (yellow/green). The color depends on how many times the unit was mentioned in dispatches (offical reports).

  • @azst52 green is MP

  • please I need the name of the song...

  • Respect from Romania !

  • name of first song?

  • Bring Me to Life - Evanescence

  • Bring Me to Life by Evanescence

  • fuckin love it!!

  • i have the same problem as mattie man cant make up my mind both or good

  • 裝備好笨重喔

  • The 82nd was originally an infantry division; it's most famous member was a young corporal, soon to be sergeant, Alvin Cullum York, the most decorated US WWI veteran.

  • My dad was in the 82nd; he died a few years ago.

Hard to believe that he was 19 years old jumping out of a plane, but that's what he did.

  • as was mine. he died in october.

  • big ups to the 307th engineer batallion.. my old unit!

  • hoooah

  • brought back memories, sweaty palms, heart beating fast. GOD BLESS ALL R SOLDIERS

  • Kool video. Im not to sure if i want to join the rangers or the mariens.

(sorry for the spelling. Just had a few beers)

  • wat is landing at 0:36 ?

  • if u jump out of the airplane wit ur glasses on, will they fly off?

  • no you fall of your glasses and you will die while your glasses have a save landing and survive.

  • this is a really old airborne drop style! u should check out the latest jumps, which they jumped from the back slope of the plane! this is old school staerting with their uniforms! but anyways great legacy!

  • old? actually this is late 80s early 90s airborne insertion technics have not changed much since ww2 only the aircraft and equipment have and what you refer to as the rear slope of the aircraft is called tailgating and has been going on for at least 30 yrs, but is normally only done on what is called a hollywood jump and is not the norm. but looks pretty trick anywhoo

  • well thats what i was meaning about, the equipment and plane have changed! those tecniques are now not rarely seen! my uncle is on the 101st thats wy i know this but anyways its a good video 4ver army strong bye!

  • I'm a US Marine Infantryman. But i look up to and respect the HELL out of ANY Airborne Paratrooper in the ARMY. Fuck this Army Vs Corps shit. we all do the same thing. Airborne's Great work goes back to WWII just like The Corps Oorah. and i believe its Hooah! Keep droppin in Airborne.

  • AIRBORNE!!!!

  • we all fight for same country.....

  • I hear you my brother in arms, believe me us airborne respect also our marine brothers...we all have a job to do and you guys do yours well and we do also. HOOAH!!!

  • if i was a taliban fighter i would be scared shit less if i seen all of them men droppin from the sky it is a beautiful sight!!

  • @HCPfan

RIGHT ON MAN, SEMPER FI! AND IT'S HUUAAAH, OOOAAHHH, AND HUURAAAH, DEPENDING ON WHAT YOUR ADDRESSING!

  • @HCPfan : thank you my brother in arms..i feel the same way..i was so happy to see the marine's wehn they cam and relived us at F.O.B. St. Michael, Mahmudiyah Iraq in early 2004..god bless you all

  • @HCPfan completly agree with the whole Marines Vs Army crap.

  • @HCPfan But the Corps at least gives its soldiers Uniforms that don´t make them to living targets in almost every environment, except for post nuclear war cities.

  • @HCPfan i was airborne infantry in the 82nd and all infantry are basically the same in mentality...but all infantry units have different missions, hard to compare. If we want to get technical about the "who would kick whos ass...." bullshit conversation then I would say mechanized would destroy everyone. Just because its basically infantry with tanks for support by fire

  • @HCPfan OOrah, thanks for serving sir

  • LOL am prbibly the only 5 foot 9 paratrooper in the world hahahaha

  • wow i like that video if i was the enemy seeing all those parashutes would terrifie me cause each one is a bad ass mother fuker readdy to fight go army

  • my grandpa was 82nd in germany during ww2 and some of the captured germans said " as soon as we saw the transport planes we all said dear lord protect us"

  • 1:48-1:52, that's how I always landed, lol!!

  • many broken noses?

  • Try to go US Marine Force Recon. I give it to you yall job is not easy either.

    Semper Fi

  • There is no better soldier than the US Army Paratooper. I'm currently Deployed with 1st BCT 82nd Airborne. less than 1% of the US serves and of that less than 1% of the military is Airborne.

    Strike Hold!

    Airborne!

    All The Way!

  • @jprice2602

    ALL THE WAY! HUUUAAH!

  • @jprice2602

The dutch army is doing a hell of a job to.

  • @jprice2602 Infantry or get the fuck out, POG

  • @jprice2602 well theres, spetsnaz

  • @jprice2602 i used to love jumping up and down on the dead ..it made me feel like a man

  • @bigbuckbobby white trash

  • @hebrewjamal awe look my little jamal follewing me again hahahhaa i know i can hide my acctivities retard but i like you wasting your life on me its very very fufilling to know i got an admirer , does everyone know jamal thinks hes a real jew , lmfao i can end this in a fucking instance with a dna kit but he like them all will refuse , cos the kit will show he doesnt come from there but rather africa ..silly minded child

  • @hebrewjamal you see jamal thinks he is like the eatheopian jews but hes far from the truth ?? sorry my friend you were throwing shit at each other from the start , and youle be doing it at the end to ....you know when wormwood hits and ya scraping the ash out of your throat , you will see you are a simple child of hate ....cawk sucker

  • @hebrewjamal maybe were both hebrews and this is why yur drawn to me ....yes i think thats it ....

  • @jprice2602 hey man. much respect. my whole family has served and is currently serving in military. i still have a couple more years to go till i'm in. anyways i'm thinking about becoming a paratrooper. can u tell me how to become one? cus i can't find anything that'll tell me. god bless u and all the rest of our troops. i believe it's Hooah!

  • What a heart crusher this vid was. Heavy.

  • man i hate to be like this, but the poster of this video is not the creator, nor am I. and to prove it, search it on myspace. this was posted back in 2006. and im sure it was on before that. ok, i'll stop. time to zonk!

  • and by the way, 82 is cool and they jump out of planes, and there big, and they get all the new shit first, and they get all the deployment. bla bla bla. prior division jumper ut still current, The division is not the only ones to jump. there are other units out there that do the same shit! look it up. i will help you out 27th EN Battalion. or 618th ESC The "Nasty"!!!! either way, one team one fight!!

  • all other battalions have either been absorbed by 82nd or have been dissolved as a airborne unit...so no 27 does not exist any more...and 101 is air assault

  • for bayareasavior

I agree that you and all those who serve their country in the military are never stupid. Anyone who says so either ignorant, misled OR stupid. These people do not and will never know the kind of courage and integrity needed to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves, and if necessary, make the ultimate sacrifice. You are all heroes to me. I salute you!
