I don't think this song is so much about either wanting to die or to be with her sister (obviously she wants to be with her sister but you know what i mean). I think she writing from the perspective of when she was younger, cause when ur young grief isn't something that really hits you yet. I think its more about denail and then finally at the the end "suddently i know im not sleeping" she finally realizes that her sister isn't comming back and its just her.

This song is about how her sister died when Amy was 6 and her sister was 3 she was first told that her sister had passed on while she was in the school yard. I don’t think this is so much that she wants to die but that she wishes she could be with her sister. This song was written completely by Amy Lee when most Evanescence songs are not just written by Amy. She put her soul into the song.

I really like your video, I know you posted this years ago but better late than never, right? Only thing I would suggest is not to use videos from two different bands.
