I am trying to find out more info on Vinnie, but does anyone know what the deal with him was? I know that Jackie had left the show and Artie wasn't yet there (correct?), but I've seen some Howard TV segments with Vinnie sitting there doing (or trying to do) what Artie now does. Was that just a temporary bridge, or was it supposed to be permanent?
