  • this must be from around 1953 and the Korean War. The underlying reference of threat is however inherently directed to Communism and the USSR.

  • I'm guessing this film is from 1950, because there is a '50 Oldsmobile that's shown at 0:56, and the film later mentions a wartime economy. The Korean War was on at that time.
