There are Hmong Senseie's who are still scattered that teach this stuff, it's more than just BREAKING A BOARD, it's Discipline and Self-Training. Mind over Matter is a big teaching also, you learn to deal with Pain in ways that a normal human being wouldn't. So please put a little more thought into your BS before you type it.

Put coins between the boards. I've broken 4 of those boards with a side kick at shoulder height. You need a counter weight for 3 or more boards. The human body is not heavy enough, it will ricochet. The one I did was countered with over 600kg. I smashed through the four boards like 'Kapow!!!' everyone was clapping...but I knew I hit slightly off. But my foot was okay when it touched the ground. The next day when I got outta bed thou...AHHHH!!!! Swollen foot!!! ;))
