Its had too much media attention for that program cause rememba the psycics arent told anythingabout the case beforehand and they would know about the bain case

It saddens me that most people who spout off about this issue base their opinions on either their own reaction to it or on what the media has said. Before judging read all of police files & examine the evidence as I have. One thing alone convinces me that David is innocent: The computer. Based on the established time that the computer was switched on & the time witnesses saw David it was impossible that David was the person who switched it on. For me, case closed: innocent.

You presume much, but you should learn to think before speaking of BS. Actually I have read a large amount of information about the computer turn on time. Having worked in IT for many years it was of a particular interest to me as it is a field I have much knowledge in & I was keen to apply my experience in this area to the evidence provided.

Based on the time 3 or 4 witnesses reported seeing David on the street & the time the computer was reported as being switched on there is no way that he had time to walk up the hill, switch on the computer, wait for it to boot up (pc's from this period took a painfully long time to bootup), fire up a word processor & type the message. From memory I think he had four minutes to do all of this, Even ten minutes would be pushing it.

@jcbeckettnz It would be much easier to write the alledged suicide note down on paper - computers are young peoples technology and leave no hand writing for analysis - if Robin did it - he went to great lengths to hide his authorship - why bother if you are going to kill yourself? The computer is yet more smoke and mirrors - neither the Police experts nor witnesses in cars are sure they saw David let alone what time it was exactly - the time the computer was turned on - it' all theory not exact

@avau77 . I guess you are like most people who don't look at all the facts for yourself before making decisions on if someone is guilty or not. Pretty sad really and no wonder no one is safe in this country from Police corruption and public indifference to it. I finally got round to reading Karam's book and it is crystal clear. David couldn't have been in the house when the computer was switched on, the great NZ police mislead the jury on the timing to make it appear David could have been there

The PC turning on time is a defense smoke screen designed to take the attention away from ndisputed facts such as the forensic evidence. David is guilty or Robin tried to Frame him but then changed his mind and decided he is the only one who deserved to live - lol.
