Jihan has her own style like all dancers do.. some are more sensual, some hyper, some cute..

as far as the shoes, thats lebanese style, they always wear heels. Fashion changes for dancers as well, in the 80's turkish dancers were wearing platform shoes with 5" heels, now they wear regular heels.. it's good to change and not everyone will like the latest fashion all the time.

I dont know why! i see alot of dance clips that are so boring and so simple and many "Wise" and "know everything" people show up and say that was great..good...wonderful and so on, but when the dancer is wearing something a bit more sexy you all wise guys start saying nonsense!

and more funny thing is that you guys are the deciding factor that where and which is the red line for costumes!

It's an enjoyable show and you can tell she's very confident in what she's doing, but it's only strengthening the association between bellydancing and stripping that bellydancers are trying to overcome.

I mean, the stripper shoes, seductively pulling off her top, pausing to wait for applause while her ass is in the air... Not what I would call bellydancing.

I"d have to agree with that she's not a grea belly dancer. I didn't see much belly dancing at all in this, just a lot of prancing about. I don't like the "stripper" shoes for belly dance either, it cheapens the performance I find. She needs much more practice compared ro some of the other professional dancers.

Although she is very pretty and has a strong stage presence, she just needs the skill now.
