You can try to find and buy from small local farmers, where you actually see how they treat their animals. Even in a big city there must be purchasing co-ops that get eggs, dairy and meat from small local farmers. It is more trouble than the grocery store and it costs a bit more but the alternative is financially supporting the things that happen in these types of videos.

Although I enjoy my milk and beef this is not the right way to do it. There are organic farms who have free range cows that actually get to eat grass and roam free and have happy healthy lives. It's hard to go vegan cold turkey, there are better options.

The calcium you'd get for cow milk is'nt even good for us anyway. It's meant for the bone structure of calves. Not those of humans. If you would really want milk that is meant for the human bone structure, you should suckle the nipple of your mom again. No? Well what about Soya??

The sad part is that brainless organizations like MFA make people think all dairy farms are like this, which is patently false. Unfortunately, most people are about as incapable of rational, independent thought as MFA, and will buy every word MFA sells.
Stop cruelty? Yes, please. But at least try to use that small, barely functional organ you call a brain, and don't paint everyone with the same brush.

I hope these pieces of shits you call humans who treat these animals like this get what they deserve. I wish the government would do something about this. Sometimes, I'm ashamed to be a human. I don't how these people can live with themselves. I want to be a vegan but since I have to live my parents while I finish off high school, I can't really get away from meat. Really for a lousy glass of milk this is what farmers would do. Please promote these videos so people will know the truth!

Just think of these images on vids like this when you see meat or milk and opt for something else. Get familiar with veg/vegan cooking....it saved me! and tastes soo darn good I will never go back.

New Zealand farms a lot more crueler than this. I worked on one the boss used to drag cows with his ute to the gut hole alive. I will never work on a cow farm now!!

The calcium you'd get for cow milk is'nt even good for us anyway. It's meant for the bone structure of calves. Not those of humans. If you would really want milk that is meant for the human bone structure, you should suckle the nipple of your mom again. No? Well what about Soya??

Even if the cows are treated well, its still a complete waste of resources, great source of air pollution, AND dairy products are 100% unnatural and completely unnessecary. WE DON'T NEED DAIRY IN OUR DIETS AT ALL!!!
