I have the same lg as you but mine was a 7kg one but one day it was spinning then it just turned off without any notice I then proceeded to open the washer I then found out that a small silver part of the control board had been knocked off due to the shitty vibration dampers then I got an lg F1256FDS and then It was fine after that

Just get a Miele they have no vibration at all and plus Miele's are made in Germany and they will last you twenty years

Check under the machine if the are any foam block left from the shipping.

Im not stupid. Bolts are removed just after unpack. I also use anti wibrattion pad. But still horrible noise. Its look like shock absorber fail :-)

Remove the 4 shipping bolts from the back of the machine !!!
