@budbuddingdingMUSE Actually it's not strange, it's just not american or british, something you might find hard to understand that the whole world is not america or the UK. The thing is H is just the way they call B, it's how it is in ex-soviet block countries (germany was split in half), maybe it has something to do with the russian alphabet.

So it's just B under a different name. the sounds go AHCDEFG instead of ABCDEFG

@ranger1944omaha Actually, ALL classical music is written with H. Mozart, Beethoven, Grieg, Mahler, Tchaykovsky, Bach - all of them used the H the "European" way... the B is the FLATTED H. H turning into B is a British/American invention. Just like their deviation from the metric system. Originally it was ABCDEFGH with the B being flat H.
