Fairly good. But I've had rentals of all different price ranges and have very rarely been happy with someone offering to trade labor for rent. Also as a landlord I liked to video tape the house when I turn it over and then again when I get it back from the tenant. It helps to reduce the arguments about what was broken. On the move in tape I'll even invite the tenant to point out things they want on the tape.
Thanks for the comment Nite Clerk. Yes, you want to make sure the person trading labor can in fact do and does the labor. And I agree about the move-in move-out photographing and filming. Photos and Email work great; then it is dated and there's little room for argumentation. Good Luck Renting!
