  • hey sky. nice form. people will pick at some subtle points but all in it is pretty good. next steps is to relax the joints a little more. the shoulders stay down, the elbow and hand joints relaxed. start with a relaxed face, this will help with the other parts. wing chun isn't so much about what movements you make but about the intention behind hte movements. the intention being soft, relaxed and focused.
