heh, don't eat a whole lot before a flight...especially if it includes aerobatics... try chewing gum and get hydrated before a flight...last thing, gather your cojones and learn to love flight!

when we did incentive flights we always told the person going up to go and buy some ginger gum. drink a big glass of water 3 hours before and chew three sticks of the gum before the flight. the ginger in the gum actually calms the stomach.

the real problem is the gs. in this older plane theres not as much, but in a modern fighter, you can get g-loc, or g induced loss of conciousness. in other words blacking out.

and to help with g's when executing a high-g turn clench the muscles in ur abdomen and youre quadreceps this will slow the flow of blood that way it does not all leave youre head also dont forget to breath!
